The Bible: The Bible, including both the Old and New Testaments, is a divine revelation, the original manuscripts of which were verbally inspired by the Holy Spirit; it is therefore the only infallible, authoritative Word of God. (II Timothy 3:16; II Peter 1:21)

The Trinity: We believe in one God, eternally existent in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit – three persons and yet one God. (Deut. 6:4; Matt. 28:19; I Cor. 8:6)

Jesus Christ: Jesus Christ is Himself very God; He took upon Himself our nature, being conceived by the Holy Spirit and born of the virgin Mary; He died upon the cross as a substitutionary sacrifice for the sin of the world; He arose from the dead in the body in which He was crucified; He ascended into heaven in that body glorified, where He is now, our interceding High Priest; He will come again personally and visibly to set up His kingdom and to judge the living and the dead. (Col. 1:15; Phil. 2:5-8; Matt.  1:18-25; I Peter 2:24,25; Luke 24; Heb. 4:14-16; Acts 1:9-11; I Thess. 4:16-18; Matt. 25:31-46; Rev. 11:15-17; 20:4-6; 11-15)

The Nature of Man and Salvation: Man was created by the direct act of God but fell into sin, and is therefore lost, and “…..Unless one is born again he cannot see the kingdom of God.” (John 3:3 ESV); salvation is by grace through faith in Christ who “Himself bore our sins in his body on the tree, that we might die to sin and live to righteousness. By his wounds you have been healed.” (1 Peter 2:24 ESV); the punishment of the unbelieving and the reward of the righteous are everlasting and conscious. (Gen. 1:26, Rom. 3:10,23; Acts 13:38; John 3:16; Matt. 25:46; II Cor. 5:1; II Thess. 1:7-10)

The Church: The church is an elect company of believers baptized by the Holy Spirit into one body; its mission is to witness concerning Jesus Christ, preaching the Gospel among all nations; it will be caught up to meet the Lord in the air before the Tribulation. After the tribulation, Christ will return with all of His saints to set up His kingdom. (Acts 2:41; 15:13-17; Eph. 1:3-6; I Cor. 12:12-13; Matt. 28:19,20; Acts 1:6-8; I Thess. 4:16-18)

Marriage: We believe that God created marriage in the beginning, as a blessing for both man and woman, before any sin or rebellion entered the world, and that he created marriage to be between one man and one woman, who enter into a covenant relationship, complement one another, serve one another, and sanctify one another for as long as they both shall live. Accordingly, we reject any attempt to redefine marriage as a union between people of the same sex or as between more than one man and one woman. We believe that the homosexual lifestyle and alternative gender identities are contrary to the Bible. (Gen. 1:27-28, 2:15-24; Lev. 18:22, 20:13; Matt. 19:4-6; Rom. 1:26-27; I Cor. 7:14)
